CLIQ Digital's Outlook 2024 Readjustment

DÜSSELDORF, 12 July 2024 – CLIQ Digital has readjusted its 2024 and medium-term outlook based on preliminary sales and earnings data for Q2 2024. The management board undertook this revision in response to the sales performance in the second quarter.

For the full year 2024, CLIQ Digital forecasts organic group sales between €260 and €280 million. Customer acquisition costs are estimated to range from €80 to €100 million, and EBITDA is projected between €10 and €20 million. The company also anticipates achieving around €325 million in revenue by 2025.

In Q2 2024, revenue is expected to be about €68 million, down from €77 million in Q2 2023. This decline is mainly due to a transition to new sales channels, weaker European performance, and overall reduced consumer sentiment.

CEO Luc Voncken stated the transition and restructuring process are taking longer than expected. The company is focusing on productivity gains, cost-cutting, and speeding up its transformation to stabilize business development.
