Cloud DX Secures New Multi-Year Contract with Canadian Provincial Health Authority

Cloud DX, a prominent North American virtual care and remote patient monitoring provider, announced a new partnership with a Canadian Provincial Health Authority. The contract, finalized on April 23, 2024, spans an initial 36 months with options for two 12-month extensions, potentially extending it to 60 months in total.

The agreement, a result of a competitive RFP process, involves Cloud DX providing their Connected Health remote patient monitoring (RPM) services across the province. Each patient subscription under this contract is valued at approximately $1,520 CAD annually, inclusive of hardware, software, and connectivity costs. Customization and integrations are available for additional fees.

Cloud DX has also recently secured several other contracts, including engagements with various hospitals, clinics, and a major service agreement with Mohawk Medbuy, demonstrating significant growth in the healthcare sector. The company revealed that, since the start of 2024, it has entered into 26 different contracts across North America, enhancing its footprint in the healthcare technology market.
