Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers Awarded as Top Office Nationally in 2023

On February 7, 2024, the Atlanta office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers was named the #1 CBC office in the United States for the year 2023. With the Commercial Elite Award, this distinction marks the highest accolade an affiliated agency can receive, based on production and gross revenue generated. The award, previously won in 2022, underscores the agency's dominant position in Georgia since its establishment in 1979.

Dan Spiegel, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Coldwell Banker Commercial, congratulated the professionals for their outstanding sales performance in 2023, which helped position the company among the top 20 firms in the United States, according to MSCI.

In addition to the #1 office title, Metro Brokers was recognized as one of the top five Commercial Elite agencies and the #1 office in Georgia. Vin Bhaskar, Kurt Cooper, Alkesh Limbachia, Jelani Linder, Edmund Nosegbe, and Butch Springer received the Circle of Distinction Award.
