Combined General Meeting 2024: Conditions for Consultation of Documents

The company Electricité et Eaux de Madagascar (the “Company”) announces the terms and conditions for making documents available for the Combined General Meeting. This will be held on June 25, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at the Hôtel Napoléon, 40, avenue de Friedland, Paris.

The meeting notice, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in bulletins n°60 and n°66 of the BALO. The documents provided for by article R. 225-83 of the Commercial Code are available to shareholders until the fifth day before the Meeting on request or for consultation at the Company's head office.

In addition, the documents covered by article R. 22-10-23 are accessible online on the site http://www.eem-group.com. Shareholders can find out about the corporate and consolidated accounts and the management report during the 21 days preceding the Meeting.
