Combined General Meeting of STORE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS scheduled for June 2024
STORE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS (SES) will hold its Combined General Meeting on June 19, 2024 in Paris. The company's shareholders are convened at 10:30 a.m. at the Cloud Business Center. The agenda includes, among other things, the payment of a dividend of 0.30 euros per share with detachment on June 25 and payment on June 27, 2024.
The meeting will also see the appointment and renewal of several members of the Board of Directors. Among the items on the agenda will be the renewal of the directorship of Xiangjun YAO and the appointment of Rong HUANG. Emmanuel BLOT and Kevin HOLT are proposed as independent directors.
The preparatory documents are available for consultation on the SES website, in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions. The resolutions to be voted on also include the renewal of certain financial authorizations.
