Condor Gold plc Announces Grant of Share Options
GODALMING, UNITED KINGDOM / ACCESSWIRE / June 3, 2024 / Condor Gold plc (AIM:CNR)(TSX:COG) has granted 4,900,000 share options under its Share Option Scheme on 29 May 2024. These options represent 2.41% of the issued share capital.
The Remuneration Committee recommended and the Board approved the grant as part of the Share Option Scheme. The options were distributed among directors, employees, and consultants, including key figures such as CEO Mark Child and Chairman Jim Mellon.
The exercise price of the 2024 Options is £0.28 per share, equal to the middle market price on AIM on 28 May 2024. These options are exercisable for five years, but come with specific exercise restrictions within the initial 24 months.
Following this grant, the total outstanding share options now constitute 10.59% of the total 203,442,778 ordinary shares in issue.
