Condor Resources Reports AGM Voting Outcomes

Condor Resources Inc. held its 2024 Annual General and Special Meeting on December 11 in Vancouver. During this meeting, shareholders voted on various matters. A total of 32,169,685 common shares were represented, making up 22.79% of all outstanding shares.

Shareholders approved setting the number of directors at six, voting in favor of each candidate. Additionally, De Visser Gray LLP was appointed as the auditor for the upcoming year with unanimous approval.

An omnibus equity incentive plan was also adopted, receiving 95.555% of shareholder votes in favor. Notably, Lyle Davis, a long-standing director and past CEO, did not stand for re-election, and the company expressed gratitude for his contributions.
