Convocation of a Special General Meeting by Econocom Group
The Board of Directors of Econocom Group SE has announced the holding of a Special General Meeting on September 10, 2024. This event will take place at the company's headquarters, located Place du Champ de Mars in Brussels, at 3:30 p.m.
The main agenda of this meeting will include the authorization to grant up to 3,150,000 free shares. These shares will be allocated as part of an incentive plan, including an option for a cash equivalent, to managers and employees of the company and its subsidiaries.
