Convocation of ACHETER-LOUER.FR shareholders for the Combined General Meeting
The Management Board of ACHETER-LOUER.FR announces the reconvening of its shareholders for the Combined General Meeting. The latter will be held on September 4, 2024 at 10 a.m. at 243 boulevard Saint-Germain, Paris.
Initially scheduled for June 28, 2024, the Meeting could not take place due to lack of documentation available in time. From now on, all the necessary documents are accessible on the company's website, in the "Investor Information" section.
The Executive Board therefore decided to reconvene the Assembly with the same agenda as previously. The meeting notice was published in the Bulletin of Legal and Obligatory Announcements (BALO) and on the company's website.
