Convocation to the Ordinary General Meeting of La Chausseria

The company La Chausseria, with capital of 1,830,020.87 euros and whose head office is located at 68 Rue de Passy in Paris (75016), convenes its shareholders to an ordinary annual general meeting. This meeting will be held on June 26, 2024 at 2 p.m. at the head office.

The agenda includes the reading of the management and auditor's reports. Shareholders will approve the accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, which show a net accounting profit of €458,859, and allocate this profit to the “other reserves” item.

The participation formalities are also detailed. Shareholders can attend, vote by mail or be represented. Requests for registration of draft resolutions must reach the head office no later than 25 days before the meeting.
