VANCOUVER - CoTec Holdings Corp. (TSXV:CTH)(OTCQB:CTHCF) announced an advertising and investor awareness campaign with Dig Media Inc.'s Investing News Network (INN). This partnership is pending acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. INN, based in Vancouver, has been offering independent news and education to investors since 2007.
The six-month campaign aims to increase CoTec's visibility, with a cost of approximately $26,000. Notably, INN does not provide Investor Relations or Market Making services and currently holds no CoTec securities.
CoTec, listed on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange and OTCQB, focuses on ESG investments in innovative technologies for metal and mineral extraction. The company aims to support the industry's transition to a lower carbon footprint.
