Covivio Hotels announces the appointment of the independent expert to evaluate its public exchange offer
The Supervisory Board of Covivio Hotels announced the appointment of the Abergel firm, represented by Mr. Jean-Noël Munoz, as independent expert. This approach is part of the process of evaluating a public exchange offer which follows the contribution of an 8.3% stake by Generali in the company's capital, effective since April 19, 2024. The Offer in question proposes an exchange of 31 Covivio shares for 100 Covivio Hotels shares.
The expert's mission will be to rule on the financial conditions of the Offer. The expert's report will be included in Covivio Hotels' response note, and the Supervisory Board plans to meet after submission of this report to issue a reasoned opinion in accordance with AMF regulations.
