This information meets the requirements of Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of the date indicated, the share capital of Covivio Hotels is composed of 148,141,452 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights also amounts to 148,141,452, while the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 148,137,604.
