Covivio Hotels: total number of voting rights and shares

Covivio Hotels has published information relating to the composition of its share capital as of August 31, 2024. In accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, the company announces that it has 148,141,452 shares outstanding.

The total number of theoretical voting rights also amounts to 148,141,452. However, 3,581 shares are treasury shares and deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code. As a result, the number of exercisable voting rights is 148,137,871.
