CRCAM Brie Picardie – weekly declaration – Redemptions carried out under the conditions of article 5 of the MAR Regulation
Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie carried out several share repurchases between June 3, 2024 and June 7, 2024. These transactions fall within the framework of article 5 of the MAR Regulation.
The operations took place on the XOFF and XPAR markets, with a total daily volume of shares varying from 394 to 3,276 shares depending on the day.
The weighted average acquisition price of the shares varied between EUR 19.702 and EUR 20.045 per share. The buyouts were carried out by Kepler Cheuvreux SA.
The objective of these buyouts was to provide a societal project for the Regional Fund. Transactions were carefully documented, detailing each purchase and its unit price.
