CRCAM Brie Picardie – weekly declaration – Redemptions carried out under the conditions of article 5 of the MAR Regulation

In the week of July 22 to 26, 2024, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel (CRCAM) Brie Picardie carried out several share buyback operations within the framework of article 5 of the MAR Regulation. These operations were carried out through Kepler Cheuvreux SA.

The total volume of shares repurchased varies daily, with 673 shares on July 22 at an average price of 17,202 EUR, and 1800 shares on July 23 at a stable price of 17,200 EUR. The majority of transactions occurred on the XPAR market.

Each transaction aimed to constitute an endowment for a societal project of CRCAM Brie Picardie. The purchases on July 25 were spread across XOFF and XPAR, with a total volume of 1851 shares at prices varying slightly. On July 26, 1154 shares were acquired, including 600 on XOFF at a price of 17.102 EUR.
