Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie: favorable legal decision
The Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie Regional Bank welcomes the judgment rendered on June 27, 2024 by the Amiens Court of Appeal. This judgment concerns the dispute initiated by CCI holders wishing to repurchase their securities. The Court confirmed the judgment of the Amiens judicial court of April 21, 2021.
This judgment had initially rejected the requests of the CCI holders. The Regional Fund welcomes this decision, which may nevertheless be the subject of an appeal to the Court of Cassation.
