Crédit Agricole: Declaration of voting rights in December 2024

Crédit Agricole SA, with a share capital of 9,123,093,081 euros, has published its declaration of voting rights for December 2024. Registered under number 784 608 416 with the RCS of Nanterre, the company has its head office in Montrouge.

As of December 31, 2024, the total number of shares stands at 3,041,031,027. In accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code, this corresponds to an equivalent number of theoretical voting rights. However, the exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, at 3,024,783,738, due to the shares deprived of voting rights.
