Crédit Agricole Ille-et-Vilaine: Availability of the 2024 share prospectus

Crédit Agricole d'Ille-et-Vilaine has announced the availability of the prospectus for the issue of 2024 shares. The initiative aims to broaden membership and strengthen the share capital of affiliated Local Banks.

These shares are securities issued by the Local Banks, with a nominal value of €1.53, fully paid up upon subscription. They give the right to an annual interest defined by the ordinary general meeting. Subscriptions will be open from June 13, 2024 to June 12, 2025.

Each subscriber will be able to acquire between 10 and 9,803 shares, with the possibility of reimbursement in the event of resignation or death, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. The negotiability of shares is governed by specific regulations.
