Crédit Agricole sets the final amount of its issue of preferred Senior Securities

Crédit Agricole SA has announced the final amount of its issue of Preferred Senior Securities. This loan, with an initial nominal amount of 50,000,000 euros, could reach a maximum of 500,000,000 euros.

Ultimately, the amount amounts to 226,742,400 euros. The issue is represented by 226,742,400 securities, each with a nominal value of one euro.

This issue offers a fixed rate of 3.45% and pays quarterly interest. The securities will mature between July 2024 and July 2034. The transaction has obtained approval from the Financial Markets Authority, in particular n°23-443 of October 23, 2023, and numerous supplements to the prospectus.
