Crossing of Important Threshold by FIL Investments at Worldline
On April 24, 2024, FIL Investments International crossed upwards the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of the company Worldline, thus reaching 5.79% of the capital and 5.02% of the voting rights. This acquisition of shares was carried out on the market, according to the official document received on April 29, 2024.
The parent holding company, FIL Limited, did not cross any additional threshold during this operation, retaining a significant indirect stake of 5.89% of the capital and 5.11% of the voting rights of Worldline. These shares are held through FIL Investments International and FIL Investment Advisors (UK) Limited respectively.
