Crossing of thresholds by BlackRock at Capgemini
On June 14, 2024, Capgemini announced that BlackRock Inc. crossed the thresholds of 5% of capital and voting rights. BlackRock Inc., acting on behalf of clients and funds under management, now holds 8,719,244 Capgemini shares, or 5.05% of the company's capital and voting rights.
This crossing of thresholds results from an increase in the number of Capgemini shares held as collateral. BlackRock has confirmed that it has the authority to exercise voting rights, unless otherwise requested by affected clients.
The basis for calculating this percentage is based on a total of 172,608,113 Capgemini shares, representing as many voting rights.
