Crossing of thresholds by Natixis IMI within Veolia

Natixis Investment Managers International, acting on behalf of FCPE Sequoia Plus, has crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Veolia Environnement. This crossing was declared by letter received on September 19, 2024.

The statement indicates that on September 16, 2024, Natixis IMI held 40,711,937 Veolia shares, representing 5.50% of the company's capital and voting rights. This exceeding of thresholds results from the subscription to a capital increase of Veolia Environnement.

Natixis Investment Managers International has specified that it acts independently of its parent company, Groupe BPCE, in accordance with Articles L. 233-9 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-12 and 223-12-1 of the General Regulations.
