CYBERGUN receives a second letter of intent for its civil division
On May 21, 2024, CYBERGUN, a specialist in recreational shooting, announced the receipt of a second letter of intent to acquire its civilian assets. This new proposal follows that of April 23, 2024, highlighting the competitive valuation of these assets.
The new offer, issued by a European investment fund, values the main assets at an amount above 10 million euros. CYBERGUN has not yet signed an exclusivity agreement, thus allowing the best conditions to be negotiated for all stakeholders.
The sale of civilian assets should support the development of the Military and Hunting division, which saw growth of 38% in 2023. CYBERGUN aims to finalize this sale before the end of the first half of 2024.
