CYBERGUN: Update on Voting Rights and Share Capital

On September 11, 2024, CYBERGUN published information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. This update meets the requirements of Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of August 31, 2024, the number of shares stands at 6,007,240,378, with a total of 6,017,075,668 theoretical and exercisable voting rights.

Since the beginning of 2024, CYBERGUN has been issuing new shares every month under its ORABSA program. For example, in August 2024, 627,619,360 new shares were issued.

CYBERGUN reminds that the shares resulting from these issues are often sold quickly on the market. This can lead to downward pressure on the share price and significant dilution for shareholders.
