CYBERGUN updates its share capital and voting rights
CYBERGUN announced, on April 10, 2024, the total number of shares and voting rights of its share capital, thus complying with the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. As of March 31, 2024, the company had 109,012,638 shares and 118,843,578 exercisable voting rights.
The company also shared details of shares issued each month since January 2024 under its ORABSA financing program. A total of 37,007,619 new shares were added to the company's capital during the first quarter through this program.
