Dalata Hotel Group PLC has received a notification from Helikon Investments Limited regarding a significant shift in its holdings. The London-based investment firm, through its Helikon Long Short Equity Fund Master ICAV, now controls voting rights amounting to above 8%. The threshold was crossed on 18th September 2024.
Following this acquisition of financial instruments, Helikon owns a total of 8.1944% of the voting rights in Dalata Hotel Group, up from the previous 7.4828%. The details were submitted to Dalata on 19th September 2024, fulfilling regulatory requirements.
The adjustment in holdings predominantly involves cash-settled equity swaps with various expiration dates ranging from January 2026 to January 2027. The overall number of voting rights amounts to 223,151,889.
