Damarthex: Situation of voting rights as of May 31, 2024

The company Damarthex has published its monthly information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital, in accordance with article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of May 31, 2024, the total number of shares making up the share capital of Damarthex amounted to 11,598,300. The total number of gross voting rights reached 17,641,601, while the number of net voting rights stood at 17,286,356.

This calculation of the net total voting rights takes into account shares deprived of voting rights. The company, whose head office is located in Roubaix, continues to ensure transparency vis-à-vis its shareholders and the financial markets.
