Daniel Borel Addresses Logitech Shareholders

Daniel Borel, Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Logitech, has issued a letter to shareholders, proposing Guy Gecht as an alternative candidate for Chairperson of the Board. Borel emphasizes the importance of providing shareholders with a choice, raising concerns about the Board’s proxy disclosures.

In his letter, Borel contends that the current Chairperson, Wendy Becker, who plans to leave after the 2025 AGM, is not best suited for the role. He argues that Gecht, a Board member with high-tech industry knowledge, is better positioned to offer stability and leadership.

Borel criticizes Logitech’s proxy statement for omitting material facts and containing inaccuracies. He underscores the shareholders' right to elect their Chairperson under Swiss law, urging them not to be swayed by misleading information from the Board.
