DCI AG Resolves Capital Increase
Munich, July 1, 2024 - DCI Database for Commerce and Industry AG has announced a capital increase. The Executive Board, with approval from the Supervisory Board, decided to raise the company's share capital from EUR 1,330,149 by EUR 133,014 to EUR 1,463,163.
The capital increase will be executed through cash contributions. Shareholders' subscription rights are excluded. The new shares align with the current stock market price and have been fully placed.
Michael Urban joins as a key investor and shareholder. Urban brings extensive global contacts and experience to DCI AG. He will aid in the development and global expansion of plugilo, especially in the USA.
Michael Mohr, founder and CEO of DCI AG, shows strong commitment by participating in the capital increase, supporting the expansion plans for plugilo.
