Declaration of Transactions in TotalEnergies Own Shares
Paris, September 16, 2024 - TotalEnergies SE has announced the details of the purchases of its own shares made between September 9 and 13, 2024, in accordance with the authorizations of the General Meeting of May 24, 2024 and the regulations on share buybacks.
During this period, a total of 2,642,211 shares were acquired, representing a cumulative amount of EUR 159,999,881.29. Transactions were carried out on several market platforms, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX and AQEU. The weighted average acquisition price was EUR 60.555301 per share.
These share buybacks aim to support TotalEnergies' strategy for managing its shares and to provide information in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. Further details are available on TotalEnergies' website.
