Paris, 9 September 2024 - Deezer has issued a correction regarding its share buy-back activities for the period from 2 September to 6 September 2024. The initial information, made public on 9 September, has been amended to present accurate transactional data.
The revised data includes daily aggregate totals and specific transaction details. On 6 September, Deezer acquired 220 shares at a weighted average acquisition price of €1.8 on the XPAR market, followed by an additional purchase of 13,189 shares at the same price later that day.
The transactions were facilitated by Crédit Industriel et Commercial, with identification codes for transparency. Deezer remains committed to maintaining clear and accurate communication with its stakeholders.
