Deezer Discloses Share Buy-back Program Transactions for August 2024
Paris, 26 August 2024 - Deezer has disclosed the details of its share buy-back transactions carried out between 19 August 2024 and 23 August 2024. The shares are traded on Euronext Paris under the ticker DEEZR with the ISIN code FR001400AYG6.
Over the five-day period, Deezer executed multiple share purchases on the Paris market (XPAR). The transactions were as follows: 1,593 shares on 19 August at a weighted average price of EUR 1.79372, 114 shares on 20 August at EUR 1.8, 438 shares on 21 August at EUR 1.8, 17 shares on 22 August at EUR 1.8, and 662 shares on 23 August at EUR 1.8.
Each transaction was carried out through Crédit Industriel et Commercial. The total daily volumes and weighted average acquisition prices align with the overall buy-back strategy Deezer has implemented.
