Dékuple: Combined General Meeting on 14 June 2024
Paris, 14 June 2024 – ADLPartner’s Combined General Meeting, led by Chairman and CEO Mr. Bertrand Laurioz, took place today. The meeting saw the approval of corporate and consolidated accounts for 2023.
Shareholders decided to pay a dividend of €1.04 per share for the 2023 fiscal year. The ex-dividend date is 19 June 2024, with the payout scheduled for 21 June 2024.
The meeting also approved a modification to the share buyback program, increasing the maximum buyback price from €40 to €45 per share, reflecting changes in Dékuple's share price.
Other approved resolutions included the renewal of RSM France as statutory auditor for six years, and the appointment of Cabinet de Saint Front as independent third-party auditor for three years. The general meeting also authorized the Board to award bonus shares and to cancel shares acquired through the buyback program.
