Departure of Dr. Ralf Koeppe from WashTec AG
WashTec AG has announced the early termination of Dr. Ralf Koeppe's tenure as Chairman of the Board and Chief Technical Officer (CTO). The Supervisory Board of WashTec and Dr. Koeppe mutually agreed on this decision. Dr. Koeppe held the position of CTO since July 1, 2019, and that of CEO since January 1, 2020.
During his tenure, Dr. Koeppe guided the company through significant crises, including the covid-19 pandemic and supply chain disruptions, while upholding commitments and obligations to clients. His efforts secured the employment of staff and the long-term profitability of WashTec AG. Dr. Koeppe also developed innovative digital business models, contributing to the company's future prospects.
Ulrich Bellgardt, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude for Dr. Koeppe's dedication and wished him success in his future endeavors, both professionally and personally.
