Derichebourg Discloses Share Buyback Details
On February 24, 2025, Derichebourg released information on its recent share buybacks conducted between February 17th and 21st. The company purchased a total of 6,849 shares, with the transactions aimed at share cancellation, aligned with EU regulation n°596/2014, article 5 §2.
On February 17th, Derichebourg bought 1,309 shares at an average price of approximately €5.44. The following day, they acquired another 1,375 shares, paying slightly more, around €5.46. By February 19th, the price had dropped, and 1,383 shares were purchased at roughly €5.37.
Purchases on February 20th amounted to 1,380 shares at an average price of €5.34. On the final day, February 21st, 1,402 shares were acquired at about €5.28. The overall average price for the week was €5.38 per share.
