Derichebourg Reports Share Buybacks from March 3-7, 2025
Derichebourg has disclosed its recent trading activities involving its own shares, conducted between March 3rd and 7th, 2025. The transactions align with article 5 §2 of regulation (UE) n°596/2014, aiming for share cancellation. Over these days, a total of 5,352 shares were repurchased.
On March 3rd, transactions included purchases at an average price of 5.55981 EUR, involving 1,050 shares on the XPAR market. On March 4th, the average price was slightly lower, recorded at 5.42755 EUR for 1,067 shares. The following two days saw gradual price increases, with a peak average price of 5.8446 EUR on March 7th for a similar transaction volume on XPAR.
