Disinterested Shareholders of Strategic Metals Approve Tombstone Belt Transaction
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 25, 2024 / Strategic Metals Ltd. (TSX-V:SMD) ("Strategic") announced that its disinterested shareholders approved a related party transaction with Trifecta Gold Ltd. ("Trifecta"). This decision was made during a special shareholders meeting on June 24, 2024.
Under the agreement, Trifecta can acquire up to 100% interest in the Mount Hinton and ten other gold projects located in the Tombstone Gold Belt, Yukon Territory. This deal follows the announcement by Strategic on March 4, 2024.
Strategic Metals Ltd. is a project generator with a portfolio of 82 wholly owned projects, including 13 royalty interests and 14 projects under option. The company boasts over fifty years of exploration expertise.
