Distribution of a dividend of €0.40 per share for LDLC.com
At the Annual Combined General Meeting of September 27, 2024, the shareholders of the LDLC Group validated the proposal to pay a dividend of €0.40 per share for the 2023-2024 financial year. This decision marks a continuation of the company's redistribution policy.
The coupon ex-date has been set for October 2, 2024, while the dividend payment will take place two days later, on October 4, 2024. Shareholders can therefore expect this decision to be implemented quickly.
