Diversity Leader Rosario Avila is BenefitsPRO Advisor of the Year Finalist

Arrow Benefits Group proudly announces that Rosario Avila, Senior Benefits Advisor and Spanish Language Division Lead, is a finalist for the BenefitsPRO 2024 Advisor of the Year award. Avila will also be a panelist at the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) conference, discussing "Equity in the Workplace."

For over 20 years, Avila has driven innovation in the benefits industry. She leads Alianza, Arrow's Spanish Language Division, which serves an often underrepresented demographic. Avila expressed her excitement about these recognitions and her role in driving positive change in the industry.
