Diverzify, the largest commercial flooring and interior services enterprise in the US, announced the acquisition of Continental Floors, Floor Maintenance Group, and Wright Commercial Floors. This expansion marks Diverzify's entry into the Pittsburgh market and strengthens its presence in Columbus.

Danielle Hunsicker, Diverzify COO, emphasized the commitment to providing customers with comprehensive flooring solutions. The acquisition connects local experts in the OH/PA/WV tri-state region to Diverzify's extensive resources and specialized services.

Diverzify now boasts over 3,000 employees in major US markets, uniting industry leaders to set new standards in quality and service. Continental Floors and Wright Commercial Floors bring decades of experience, offering full-service flooring contracting. Floor Maintenance Group adds expertise in floor surface maintenance.

Kent Beightler, Senior VP of Continental Floors and Floor Maintenance Group, highlighted the benefits of joining Diverzify, including increased bonding capacity, leading safety rates, and access to the largest network of installers and product experts.

This acquisition follows Diverzify's recent addition of The APEX Group and Wholesale Floors, continuing its growth trajectory.
