Draycott Place Partners Advises Corinthian Title Company on Its Sale to AgentHome

Draycott Place Partners announced today that its client, Corinthian Title Company, Inc., has been acquired by AgentHome, LLC.

Draycott Place Partners, an affiliate of Weild & Co., acted as the exclusive financial advisor for this transaction. Corinthian, established in 2008, provides title and settlement services in Southern California. AgentHome, a national network of title agents, initially announced the acquisition in February 2023 pending regulatory approval, which has now been granted.

Michael Godwin, President of Corinthian, commented on the support provided by AgentHome for future growth while preserving their legacy. Steven Palmer, President of Draycott Place Partners, praised the collaboration and outlook for continued growth. Godwin also appreciated the guidance from Draycott Place Partners during the process.
