DRONE VOLT announces significant changes in its capital structure

On December 5, 2024, DRONE VOLT completed the consolidation of its shares. One new share with a nominal value of 1 euro replaces one hundred old shares of 0.01 euro. This transition took effect on December 4, 2024. The old shares were withdrawn from the Euronext Growth market and are replaced by the new ones. The mnemonic code ALDRV remains unchanged.

The shares not allocated during the consolidation are sold en bloc. The financial intermediaries make the proceeds of these sales available within 30 days. The share capital is now 20,128,265 euros, divided into shares of 1 euro each.

DRONE VOLT is also carrying out a capital reduction by reducing the nominal value of the shares to 0.10 euros. The reduction is motivated by losses, bringing the share capital to 2,012,826.50 euros, without affecting the number of shares outstanding.
