DRONE VOLT launches a capital increase with maintenance of preferential subscription rights
Villepinte, July 11, 2024 - DRONE VOLT, manufacturer of professional civil drones, announces a capital increase with DPS of approximately 2.3 million euros, which can be increased to 2.6 million euros in the event of exercise of the extension clause.
The subscription price is set at €0.0065 per share, with a discount of 15.58%. The subscription period runs from July 17 to 26, 2024.
This operation aims to strengthen shareholders' equity to support the company's strong growth. DRONE VOLT recently announced considerable growth in revenue and gross margin in the first half of 2024.
The new shares will be integrated into the Euronext Growth Paris market from August 2, 2024.
