Eckert & Ziegler: Boost in Q1 Sales and Earnings, 2024 Forecasts Unchanged
Eckert & Ziegler SE reported a substantial increase in sales and earnings for the first quarter of 2024, underscoring a confident start to the year. Sales rose to EUR 67.6 million from EUR 57.9 million in the previous year. The earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) adjusted for special items reached EUR 15.0 million, up from EUR 10.7 million.
Additionally, the net income substantially grew to EUR 8.5 million, almost doubling from last year's EUR 4.7 million. These improvements reflect robust business performance and operational efficiency.
The management has kept its full-year 2024 outlook unchanged, expecting sales to approach EUR 265 million and an EBIT before special items of approximately EUR 50 million. Eckert & Ziegler will release complete figures for Q1 2024 on May 14, 2024.
