Econocom Group SE announces share buybacks

As part of the share buybacks authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders on November 30, 2021, Econocom Group SE carried out several transactions between September 23 and 29, 2024. These stock market purchases involved varying volumes and prices.

The volumes of shares purchased were as follows: 5,886 shares on September 23, 4,099 on September 24, 225,451 on September 25, 5,285 on September 26 and 2,050 on September 27. Average transaction prices fluctuated between €1.994 and €2.020 per share.
