Edenred's 2024 General Meeting approves all resolutions
Edenred's Combined General Meeting was held on May 7, 2024 in Paris with the participation of Bertrand Dumazy, Chairman and CEO. A quorum of 87.97% was reached with live broadcasts for absent shareholders. Several important resolutions were adopted, including the distribution of a dividend of 1.10 euros per share and the renewal of mandates for certain directors such as Dominique D'Hinnin.
The Board of Directors remains stable with 12 members, including two employee representatives and a majority of independent members. The internal committees have not seen any change in their composition. The Beyond22-25 strategic plan continues its deployment, strengthening the company's position in solutions for mobility and employee benefits. Additionally, first quarter 2024 revenue indicates an eighth consecutive quarter of organic growth above 20%.
