Edisun Power Europe AG Holds Successful Annual General Meeting 2024
On April 26, 2024, Edisun Power Europe AG conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM), during which all board proposals received strong shareholder endorsement. At the meeting, 71 shareholders, representing 72% of the voting capital, voted in favor of the board's recommendations. This significant turnout reflects substantial shareholder involvement and support.
The company re-elected Horst H. Mahmoudi, Fulvio Micheletti, Reto Klotz, José-Luis Chorro López, and Marc Klingelfuss to the board, each for another one-year term. Furthermore, a dividend of CHF 1.70 per share will be distributed from capital contribution reserves on May 3, 2024.
