EIFFAGE: Monthly information on voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2024

EIFFAGE SA, a public limited company listed on Euronext Paris (Compartment A), has published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital.

As of August 31, 2024, EIFFAGE SA, whose head office is located in Vélizy-Villacoublay, has 98,000,000 shares for a share capital of €392,000,000. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 119,641,484, including shares with double voting rights according to Article 30 of the Articles of Association.

A clause in the statutes requires shareholders to declare any crossing of thresholds of 1% of capital or voting rights, within fifteen days, by registered letter. This clause appears in article 9 of the statutes.
