EIFFAGE: Monthly update of voting rights and shares

EIFFAGE SA has published its monthly information relating to its share capital as of November 30, 2024. The company, listed on Euronext Paris Compartment A, declares a share capital composed of 98 million shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 119,603,336. This includes shares with double voting rights, in accordance with Article 30 of its Articles of Association.

EIFFAGE has a statutory clause requiring a declaration in the event of crossing participation thresholds. Any person exceeding 1% of the capital or a multiple of this percentage must notify the company within fifteen days.

This commitment also applies to holdings that fall below these thresholds. Registered shares registered for at least two years benefit from double voting rights, thereby reinforcing the stability of the shareholding.
